ESPN's Beano Cook will write Foreword for the new Jones book on World War II military and college football. The publisher is McFarland and Co., Publishers, of Jefferson, N. C. The book, whose title is TBA, is expected to be released late in 2009. Cook is considered the nation's leading college football historian and commentator.
